Staff Council

A Message from Our Chair

Hello WesternU Staff,

It is my privilege to greet you on behalf of your WesternU Staff Council (WSC).

I anticipate a year full of growth and change. While not always comfortable, your Staff Council leadership and I are here to stand with you to make your voices heard and provide advocacy for everyone in Shared Governance. It is my goal to make WesternU the great place we all know it can be.

Every member of the WSC Leadership team is dedicated to serving you through outreach, community participation, and committee membership. Our mission is to listen to your voices, concerns, and applause to provide solutions for campus culture, professional development, and employee satisfaction.

This position is only possible through the support of all WesternU staff, and I urge each of you to reach out to us should any need arise. We can be contacted at StaffCouncil@westernu.edu, and please keep your eyes peeled for communications from us from the same email.

I look forward to another year at WesternU, and another year of working hard on behalf of all staff.

Thank You,
