Nate Oubre is the Senior Vice President Operations at Blue Shield of California and formerly the California Vice President of Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Plan and Charitable Health Coverage at Kaiser Permanente. He has over 30 years of experience in health care management.  Mr. Oubre received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from UCLA and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
