Program background
The MSN‑Entry program provides a pathway for individuals with non‑nursing degrees to earn an MSN and RN licensure. This full‑time, on‑campus program is offered in Pomona, California and Lebanon, Oregon.
Aligned with AACN Level 1 Essentials and QSEN standards, the program prepares graduates to lead quality and safety initiatives, apply evidence‑based practice within interprofessional teams, and lead systems of care delivery. Graduates are eligible to sit for the NCLEX and earn an MSN upon completion. Visit the curriculum page to explore program plans for the California or Oregon campus.

Interprofessional Practice and Education
Interprofessional Practice and Education (IPE) provides an integrated, interdisciplinary, approach to learning. IPE occurs when students from two or more professions learn about, from, and with each other to enable effective collaboration and improve health outcomes. Once students understand how to work interprofessionally, they are ready to enter the workplace as a member of the collaborative practice team. This is a key step in moving health systems from fragmentation to a position of strength.
