Western University of Health Sciences Federal Work-Study Program
The Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program provides on-campus jobs for our graduate professional students who meet the requirements as listed below. The program provides employment opportunities for eligible students and encourages them to work in community service jobs or work in positions related to their course of study. The hiring departments will post available positions each academic year. Please, contact our FWS coordinator (see contact list) for any additional questions regarding the FWS process.
In order for a student to be eligible for a FWS position the student must:
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Have completed a current FAFSA
- Have remaining unmet need
- Be in good academic standing
- Be enrolled at least half-time
