My research interests are in medical trainee and physicians’ mental health, physical symptoms of stress, and immune biomarkers. With two-thirds of healthcare providers reporting burnout and close to a third reporting intent to leave clinical practice within a year, research focused on finding the barriers and solutions for wellness and career longevity is more important than ever.
