Incoming Student Health Clearance Requirements

All Incoming students must submit their completed Health Clearance packet to Student/Employee Health Office email address at stu-emphealth@westernu.edu.

STEP 1: Review & complete all required health clearance items in the WesternU Student Health Packet:

Please review the current health clearance requirements in the WesternU Student Health Packet (linked above), follow the Health Clearance “To Do” List and gather all necessary documents. If you have any questions regarding the health requirements, you can email stu-emphealth@westernu.edu with email subject ‘Questions re: Health Clearance’.

STEP 2: Send PDF files to stu-emphealth@westernu.edu

Please make sure to attach your health packet as email attachment, and not as cloud linked documents.

Once we review your attachments, you will receive an email from our office; this may take 3-10 business days. Make sure to check your email that you sent the attachment from, including junk mailbox.
