Happy Holidays

Dear WesternU Community, Colleagues and Friends,

I hope this message finds you and your loved ones well!

As we reflect on the past year, please join me in sharing a great sense of excitement and hope for our future.

I continue to be struck daily by the spirit of humanism and compassion across our campus community. As colleagues, we have come together to care for one another and extend this care to our students, patients, and communities, from Pomona, California to Lebanon, Oregon, and beyond.

The WesternU community continues to be impressive and to set its sights high. There is no higher calling than a dedication to transformative health – for our human and non-human patients – putting the individual at the forefront.

WesternU has set its sights high, and we are proud of our commitment to our humanistic and osteopathic ethos. I am so proud of WesternU’s community spirit that fosters good health with our hands, hearts, minds, and spirit.

While most of the University will be on Winter Break, please join me in recognizing those who provide necessary services to our employees and patients, and work through the break: Campus Security, Research, Financial Aid, IT, Health Centers, UFS&T, Facilities and University Advancement. Thank you for your mission-critical commitment to WesternU.

I believe the Winter Break to be a time for self-reflection, a time for rejuvenation, and a time to cast our vision forward to a successful and healthy 2024.

This is also a time to acknowledge the unique individuals that make up our great University and the unique ways we all celebrate and recognize the holidays.

I wish you a season of rest, relaxation, and celebration, and I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

My very warmest wishes for this Holiday Season!
Robin
