Ad Hoc HR Advisory Group- Request for Representatives: Director of Operations

Good Afternoon Director of Operations-

I hope this email finds you well.  I am pleased to announce the formation of an ad hoc Advisory Group to identify innovative, productive, and effective solutions to our current Human Resources challenges. This group will also be tasked with the review and assessment of the proposed Strategic Plan for Human Resources.

The effectiveness of this group requires a commitment to collaboration and communication on these important issues.  As such, it is important that membership include representation from the following:

  • Academic Senate
  • Director of Operations
  • Staff Council
  • University Executive Operations Team
  • Deans Council
  • Human Resources
  • Budget
  • Provost’s Office

Dr. Mary Lopez, Dean, College of Graduate Nursing, has graciously agreed to serve as the facilitator for this very important Advisory Group. The frequency of the meetings is unknown at this time but it is anticipated that the group may meet on a semi-monthly basis, beginning the week of July 25, 2022.

Please provide me with the names/ contact information of the two representatives who participate in the HR Advisory Group on behalf of the Director of Operations by Friday, July 22, 2022.
