As Co-Founder and Director of Emend Healthcare, Mr. Wilson oversees a fund focused on the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders, managing all aspects of operations and acquisitions. In his previous roles as General Counsel, Vice President, and Secretary at General Finance Corporation and Mobile Storage Group, Mr. Wilson was responsible for overseeing legal, compliance, and governance matters, including significant corporate transactions such as IPOs and acquisitions.
