He has extensive private equity firms, issuers, underwriters, and businesses across industries in a wide range of acquisitions, divestitures,\u00a0and corporate finance and capital markets transactions. Mr. Kiel works with both public and private companies across sectors, including in technology, aerospace, manufacturing, food and beverage, and energy.
