Trustees<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Catherine Mater is the President at Mater LtD. In Corvallis, OR a Senior Fellow of the Pinchot Institute for Conservation in Washington DC and former chairwoman of the Oregon Transportation Commission. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and later received her Masters\u2019 in Civil Engineering \u2013 both from Oregon State University.
