2xl:w-7\/12\">\n        <h2>Obtaining a Verification of Enrollment or Degree<\/h2>\n<p>The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 prevents the Registrar\u2019s Office from releasing materials contained in your student file without your written permission. To comply with FERPA, Western University of Health Sciences requires that requests be made in writing.\u00a0<strong>The Office of the Registrar will not accept any requests by telephone.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Office of the Registrar is pleased to announce that students can now enjoy the convenience of free and easy access to enrollment verifications and information, which can be accessed directly via the student <a href=\"https:\/\/my.westernu.edu\">My Portal<\/a>. \u00a0To print your self-service enrollment verification today, log in to the student<a href=\"https:\/\/my.westernu.edu\"> My Portal<\/a> and click on the <strong>Request Enrollment Verification<\/strong> link from the <strong>Review\/Order Student Records<\/strong> card.<\/p>\n<p>Students may also request an Enrollment Verification through\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.westernu.edu\/TDClient\/1848\/Portal\/Requests\/ServiceDet?ID=39137\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Team Dynamix, the Registrar Office\u2019s ticketing system.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"relative my-48 md:my-72\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"lg:flex px-12 lg:justify-center\">\n      \n      \n                  \n                  \n      <div class=\"w-full px-24 wysiwyg-content xl:w-10\/12 2xl:w-9\/12\">\n        <h2>Additional Information<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All requests\u00a0<strong><em>must indicate<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0the name\/organization of the party\u00a0to whom the\u00a0document is intended.<\/li>\n<li>Requests may take up to 3-5 business days to process.<\/li>\n<li>Students may request for their documents to be picked up in the Office of the Registrar. Students will be notified via their WesternU email when request is ready for pick up (please bring photo ID). Materials requested for pick up will be purged after 30 days.<strong>\u00a0Pick up requests are currently suspended until further notice.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Students in need of a<strong>\u00a0letter of good standing<\/strong>\u00a0should submit an enrollment verification request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Employer and Background Screening Firms<\/h2>\n<p>Western University of Health Sciences has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.
