the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the student <a href=\"https:\/\/my.westernu.edu\/\">My Portal<\/a> or directly through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getmytranscript.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Student Clearinghouse<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Transcripts ordered online can be purchased using any major credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card is not charged until your transcript request is processed.\u00a0 If you are using your debit card, your bank may put a hold on your funds when we pre-authorize your payment. <strong>Transcript fees cannot be charged to your student account.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 prevents the Registrar\u2019s Office from releasing materials contained in your student file without your written permission. If there are grades missing that you wish to have included on your transcript, please contact your Clinical Rotations coordinator to ensure the grades have been submitted to the Office of the Registrar and posted to your transcript. The Office of the Registrar is not responsible for providing free uploads of your VSAS transcript if grades have not been submitted.
