WesternU\/College Of Osteopathic Medicine Of The Pacific \u2013 Secondary Application<\/h3>\n

Congratulations on advancing to this phase of the application process! Completion of the secondary application and receipt of all required documents, including MCAT scores if not already provided, are required prior to consideration of your application. Applications not completed within ten days will result in delayed processing. Please read the Instruction Form carefully before beginning your application as it provides important information on completing and filing your secondary application.<\/p>\n

We have already created your account in our application system; however, you will need to reset your password to access the account and continue your application. (Please note: if you have already created a WesternU application account for the 2025 or 2026 application cycle, you can use that same account to access the secondary application.)<\/p>\n
