Reservations are required for the use of all designated rooms, areas, or grounds on campus.\u00a0Reservations may at\u00a0no<\/em>\u00a0time interfere with academic\/curriculum needs.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Reservations are made by designated Schedulers in each department who have been trained in the use of the automated\u00a0Resource Scheduler<\/strong>\u00a0program. Generally, rooms or areas are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms and areas other than classrooms may be scheduled up to 12 months in advance.<\/p>\n

Reservations can be viewed at anytime on campus through the\u00a0Resource Scheduler Calendars<\/a>\u00a0(on-campus only). Faculty and staff may use their WesternU Network\/Email log in to view these Calendars and identify available options.<\/p>\n

To reserve a room or area, you must contact one of the designated schedulers in your department.\u00a0When you contact the Scheduler, be prepared to provide the following information:<\/p>\n
